Printing Instructions

End User training guides for PeopleSoft 8.3 HRMS can be downloaded and printed locally.

Most of the online student manuals are created so that each chapter is a separate file. For the fastest print results :

  1. Create an individual folder on your desktop for each course you plan to download.

  2. Right-click on the hyperlinks for each chapter of your selected course and:
    a.   Choose "Save target as..." for Internet Explorer OR "Save link as..." for Netscape.
    b.   Save each file into the desktop folder you have created for that course.

  3. After you have downloaded all the course files, open the desktop folder for that course.

  4. Highlight all of the files in the folder. (The Adobe PDF format documents are named so that they will appear in the proper printing order if sorted by name in your folder.)

  5. From the menu, select File / Print.
