Calling Card (University Issued) Services



University Issued AT&T Calling Cards

The department of Telecommunication Services issues all AT&T calling cards that are on the University corporate account.

Obtaining a University Issued AT&T Calling Card:
Send an eMail to Trish Moore requesting a University calling card.  Information to be included in the eMail is as follows:
1.    Name of user responsible for the card, their employee ID, department, institutional address and phone number.
2.    Valid PO Number from FMS. (PO must be entered into FMS with vendor location of "MISC-LD" and account "67503" for approximately $50.)
3.    Contact person name, institutional address and phone number.

Once the Telecommuniations representative has received your request, a new card should be issued within 3-5 working days.  Upon receiving the calling card and the MOU form the user responsible for the card MUST sign and return the Calling Card Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to Trish Moore at UCT 1115.  If the MOU is not received by Telecommunication Services within 10 working days, it will be presumed that the calling card is no longer required and it will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation of a University Issued AT&T Calling Card:
Send an eMail to  Trish Moore with the following information:
1.    Call Card Number
2.    User name.
3.    Date for service to be terminated.
4.    Reason for cancellation.

Lastly, return the card to Telecommunication Services, UCT 1115 for proper deactivation to prevent wrongful use of the card.
