Volunteers assigned to the Med School house for the 23rd should report to the SON. Matt and Steve have contacted the volunteers needed to wrap up. All others are greatly needed on the SON home. Thank you! |

Leola is disabled and needs handrails on her wheelchair ramp so that she won't go off the end coming out of the house. We will move the ramp out toward the street too. Ms Leola will be getting two new doors and a new screen door. There is a little yard work to be done. No scraping and painting unless she wants her new doors and ramp painted. Ms. Leola's son has two large dogs in the back yard. Per Matt: "They seemed to be neutral in their attitude toward us. We won't be working where they can get to us." Ms Leolla is going to ask him to remove the dogs for us. Otherwise they will be chained up at the far end of the back yard. Most of this project will involve skilled carpenters. All other volunteers assigned to this team may shift over to either the SON or Admin teams; HOWEVER, Please check with Steve and Matt before relocating to another team. We need to know the shirt and food count at each home. Be sure to let Steve or Matt know if your workdays change or if something happens and you can't make it. Be sure to introduce yourself to someone new. You might just recognize a voice and finally meet the person from the other side of the phone. We would like this to be a 2 workday project and need all the help we can get. Your leaders really think you are awesome and appreciate your help! Work safe and have fun. See you on the 16th and
