Ms. Shirley is a very nice lady! She takes pride in helping to maintain some of her yard. Many years ago she hired a contractor to replace some bad wood and they didn't finish the job. You'll notice that there are many different types of siding on her house.  She was happy to have a house painted one color so the neighbors won't make fun of her anymore.
